hello everybody .. hello Admins and Members .. it's honor to be Joined to such a great forums .. well i need help .. assistance ..

i am Egyptian and currently living in Egypt .. i am 28 years old .. i have been working as Lawyer for the last 8 years .. and i am also have had a part time job as system administrator in a Computer Sience Co .. i just got married and i wanna move to usa .. Honestly i wanna immigrate to USA with my wife .. i want to do what to do . i called alot of number but i got no response .. i need what papaers should i have ? where exactly to present them ? what forms should i fill ? is there anybody here can help ?

Asking the same question to the same people on this forum will not get you a different answer. If a client ask you a legal questions twice, will you give him a different answer each time?

As a lawyer, you should understand that we are not trying to discourage you as you put it in the other thread - US laws simply does not offer you any easy path to legally immigrate to the US.

As you have also pointed out, there are billions who would want to immigrate to the US. There are legal paths to do this based on certain qualifications.

Without a qualifying family member, family based immigration is not an option for you.

You have been told already that you can try to find a US employer who is willing to apply for a work visa for you - maybe there is a US employer who needs an Egyptian lawyer in house. However, the legal market in the US is very bad - lots of unemployed US lawyers.

The Diversity Visa is your other hope.

If you have $500,000 to invest in the US, you can seek an investor green card.

You have very limited opportunities to immigrate to the US. You can try. People do immigrate to the US based on the DV.
