Finally I talked to someone who helped a little.

I had a service request put in on Feb 10th since the processing time was 5 months back then and we were over 5 months and the email i got back was so unless. They pretty much just said they are working on getting everything processed no dates no nothing as to when we might hear a response to our application. I have been calling about once a week since i got the email and no one would even answer anything so today i finally got someone to help and he put in a new service request so hopefully we will find something out within the next two weeks.

You would think that when these applications get to be almost 7 months they would do something to make sure that they are getting done. It is so hard to see people who filed a month after us getting their approval it just doesn’t seem right.

Removal of Conditions
6/6/2014 - Meeting with Lawyer to start process
7/15/2014 - ROC mailed
7/24/2014 - Received at USCIS
8/11/2014 - Biometric appointment notice received
8/18/2014 - Biometric appointment

10/24/2014 - ROC Approved!
