The body scanners are actually a huge security risk. You can easily sneak all sorts of things on the plane and they don't catch it.

If there were no customers at the airports the airports would shut down. No airports = no TSA.

But, taken on a smaller scale if the airlines felt the economic impact of a boycott they'd have TSA out of there in a minute.

First I believe this incident is from 2010 and not a recent one, it just became popular in last few weeks.

Unfortunately TSA is one of the worst agency and most of the time ppl are to be blamed to just go along with them.

One of the week when I was flying it was taking them more than 25-30 mins and the agents who were checking ids were putting ppl in wrong lines which was creating a mess.

Ppl in front of me and behind me were cribbing about it, when I complained one of the agent got us the comment card and these ppl in front and behind me refused to fill it. Who is responsible US the ppl or TSA?

Recently they started TSA approved flyer program, half of the time when it started every other person was put thru there lately they only put 1 or 2 thru there out of 25-30 ppl (All priority customer)

Does not make any sense to me.

Its getting harder to avoid the TSA. I've flown only once since 2008. I've taken the train a few times, but....the TSA are starting to make their presence known there as well.
