My wife came here on a K-1 and her 10 year old daughter accompanied her on a K-2 . We got married and I am starting the AOS for them. My question is do I have any additional forms for her daughter to do? I have a separate I-693 (vaccination record)and a I-765 (to get her daughter a social security card). Is there anything else I need to to for her daughter ??

The link was what I needed, THANKS!!

One other question on the I-131 which is optional, do I have to list a specific date of travel? Alla's parents are not in good health and we never know if there may be a problem and we also agreed to return with her daughter so her daughter's father could see her (summer vacation)

I don't think you have to. However it is always helpful to do so. Usually AP is approved within 2-3 month.

You put "unknown" unless you have a specific date booked.

No. Just enter "to be determined" the travel document will be avlid for 1 year and by then you will have a green card and no longer need the travel document. IF something happens with her parents before you get the AP, make an infopass appointment and go to your local office, they can issue an emergency travel document (AP)
