F4 Filipino Applicant - On Process Anyone?

Hi,

I am new here. Forgive me if I might not have placed on correct sub-forum. I just find this section a bit active and more Filipinos replying here..Hope someone can assist me..

Can anyone point me to the guidelines and procedures on how to go about with the f4 application. Here is my status:

I have sent already my packet 3 which included a handful of documents like certificates of marriage, nbi, birth cert, etc. I have sent this July 2011. Up to now there is no correspondence from NVC yet as to the status of my case. On my own, I am finding additional information on what is needed and what things I have to do now because it's been a while I have not gotten anything about my application.

I have read somewhere Affidavit of Support is needed however its not part of the PACKET 3 list of requirements? Is this what could be holding my application up?

Anyone who can point me to the right direction please...
