Hey Vj's,

I just had my Biometric done last March 08, 2012 and it went really smooth and fast as i thought! iam just wondering whats next after biometric? will i get letter that biomtric been approved or what? and when i checked my status on USCIS site they never update it! the only things they say is this:

Acceptance

On February 9, 2012, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Your case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Anyone knows what is happening on my case now? im kinda worried! cuz we are moving soon!

Thanks A lot Amigas and Amigos :)

No you do not get a notice your biometrics was approved. The sheet you took home from biometrics is important do not lose it. Thats your proof you went to the appointment.

Now you sit and wait to find out what happens. Nothing else to be done.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It's completely normal. I did my biometrics on March 1 and on USCIS website it's still at the acceptance stage. I think it takes between 4-6 wks for the FBI to clear ur fingerprints and background check so by then you should get an approval letter for ur application. Good luck.
