Just a question because my wife is in the process of bringing her parents to the US. But what if my wife is the agent for her parents? Isnt the DS230 going to be sent to her? When someone is chose to be the agent are they going to be the one tosign all the documents and return them?

YES will be send to her, if your wife is the agent she will have to send the DS-230 to her parents they will signed and send back to her...Time wasted on my opinion but!I will be my own agent when my son and I get to this stage...just to move the process forward and my son need only to look after the AOS stage! I will pay the fees and everything else.
