she will work once she completes her studies but for now, I will be the one to support myself financially.

You won't gain a greencard without a US person signing an Affidavit of Support and proving enough income. Her parents (or friend, relative) can sign as joint sponsors if your wife doesn't qualify on her own. Start reading and learning.
