hu guys my question about joint sopnsor ( i hate this name )

my joint sopnsor have 2 chaild & when he add me Sponsor's Household Size will be 4

his taxe for (2009/ $10.000) (2010/ $25.000) (2011 / $ 60.000)

i know his taxes for 2009 , 2010 not enough but 2011 ok

my question is CO refuse my AOS for 2009 ,2010 not enough or he care last year income ???

when we need joint sponsor in 2010 , my husband's income was not enough to sponsored me , but in his new tax 2011 his income was 24 000 and i think it is good enough to not use a joint sponsor , but in my interview the CO not ask me for AOS of my husband witch he already filed and sent it to me . CO just checked the old affidavit of support and no asking for anything ..

08-08-2004 : meet my husband

11-19-2008 : marriage

06-14-2009 : Priority date

08-19-2010 : i-130 approved

03-06-2012 : interview date

result : Administrative Processing

04-02-2012 : VISA in hand Hamdolilah !!!!

they care of current income (2011) even is another years (2009/2010) does not meet the requirements of section 213A ?

my wife apply to me & she didnt have job coz she care baby so i must have joint sponsor.

but joint sponsor income not enough for 2009 / 2010 but 2011 his income over

so i ask to know must last 3 years of his income enogh or they care of current income (2011)
