When your receipt date is 30 days or more before the listed processing date you can email them. They have only just updated. It is probably on an adjudicators desk or close to it.

From my experience, I recieved my NOA advising that CSC had received my transferred AOS on December 21. Had no touches until about Feb 15 and then on Feb 21 I received email notification that it had been approved without interview.

Hope your wait will not be much longer.

Sorry - I think I might have added to confusion. I was referring to my AOS pplication and not to a K1 application.

Regret Confusion.

I know it's hard to be patient -- my NOA 1 date is very close to yours -- but just try to hang in there. We aren't past our allotted time, so it may be a couple of weeks or more yet. It definitely isn't long enough to think we've been forgotten.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Actually, you should get someone on the phone. My Noa1 ws Nov29 - past the 30 days so I called . Dialed 1 for this and 1 for that (or whatever the no. was) but finally got a live one after about 20 mins of waiting. He was real friendly. He wanted to confirmed a lot of information including what year is my fiancee born in ( I did not know - just her birth date) . Said thay would get back with an answer in 30 days whatever that means. I asked him if this will delay my case and he said no - that I was past the 30 days w/ no touches. Oh well. At least I feel better (kind-off) that I called. Dont really think it will speed things up in any way. See what happens . . .

It seems very strange the officer you spoke with on the phone asked you very specific questions about your case. I do not believe this is the norm.

Hi,

our case is already out of the processing times and even out of the timframe (90-120 days), we have called them and emailded them twice, but nothing happend, they didnt do anything about it, still waiting for our NOA2.

In your case I wouldnt call them unless is overdue, if you email them they will send you an automatic reply anyway. They wont actually look for your case and put it in front of others. Im wondering where our case file is  as they are already approving Dec. Just try to be patient, thats what we have been trying to do for 4 months.

Im sure you will get your NOA2 soon, Good luck.

The 1-800# people and the Service Centers don't want to hear from you until the posted processing date is 30 days *past* your NOA date. Seems there's nothing the can or will do before that, as your case is likely on a desk already.

I guess that's been said already, FWIW.

Not to mention, from what I can tell, there are no VisaJourney cases at CSC that have been processed past Dec 5th. :) It's hard to be patient, but I'm trying. I don't have any reason to believe they've left my case behind yet.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.
