USCIS approved I-130 already send to NVC

After several months we found out that we are qualified for DCF filling,we already filed in USCIS and got NOA1 then send in to NVC...we are tired of waiting and receiving RFE that cause the delay of our case,so we hope that DCF can make faster processing.We already paid and submitted all the documents they need in NVC but still under review.

My question is can we still allow to file DCF in U.S Embassy manila?

Same po tayo ng case. Kami almost 2 years na then may nagadvise sa amin na pwede kami mgfile sa embassy. Nagtry kami ng husband ko and mas mabilis po talaga ang process. After submitting our documents 2 weeks lang may notice na ngayon submit ulit kami ng ds-230 hopefully maapprove petition namin within 3 months

edzrom sorry for the late reply. No we don't pay for the I-130 again. We just submit all documents required for I-130. Then after 2 weeks we receive approval notice for the petition and get the MNL case number. After 2 weeks you will receive sa mail ang packet 3 with ds 230 and 2001 form. Send it back to embassy and you will get appointment letter and pwede ka na for medical just present appointment letter and passport. Advice ko lang kung hindi pa kayo ready for the interview tulad namin dahil kulang pa ang documents for interview, I would suggest na magpaschedule kayo ng interview 1-2 months after mo matanggap ang packet 3 para hindi na kayo magpabalik-balik for interview dahil it will take longer to cancel and set appointment na naman. Nga pala regarding the fees we don't pay the $88 para sa I-864 but I think my husband will pay the $404 again kasi through DCF filing na sya and not NVC anymore. Sabi nga nya kung alam lang namin about the DCF here in Manila sana we don't file in the US sayang lang ang time. If you have any more questions I can help you since same tayo ng case

Hi! Hindi pa ako nagpapamedical kasi hindi pa complete ung papers ko mas gusto ng husband ko complete before the interview kasya magpabalik-balik sa embassy. Yes I have ym what's yours pm mo nalang sakin.

When did you apply? Sa amin wala pa kami nare-receive until now.
