Dear All,

My wife is getting Disability SSI Supplemental Security Income andy my CO-sponsor has 21,640.07

Me and my wife are living in Hawaii and My CO-Sponsor probably not meet the poverty guideline because poverty guideline of hawaii is 21,762.

So, Can I use my wife SSI as income to be accepted in Affidavit of Support? and what document to prove it?

I have only one document to prove the SSI that sent from Social Security every year and that's it.

Many Thanks,

No. SSI is not eligible income for an affidavit of support because it's not earned. SSI is a means-tested public benefit. This question is answered on page 3 of the I-864 instructions:

Does Receipt of Means-Tested Public Benefits Disqualify me From being a Sponsor?

No. Receipt of means-tested public benefits does not disqualify anyone from being a sponsor. However, means-tested public benefits cannot be accepted as income for the purposes of meeting the income requirement.

You need to find another joint sponsor.
