Hello,

I am petitioning both my parents. The NOA1 was received on 10/17/2011 and I am expecting NOA2 sometime in April. However, I want to prepare the required documents for NVC in advance.

My question is do I have to send originals/certified copies of petitioner's birth and marriage certificates for each of my parents or the originals for one of them and copies for the other one since the cases will be processed together? The problem is I have only one original of each and my parents won't be able to get another certified cory from my country.

Also, do I have to put both DS-230 forms in one envelope or in two separate?

With the requirement of petitioner's marriage certificates for the current and all previous marriages - is it enough to send a divorce decree for a previous marriage or it really has to be the marriage certificate (which I do not have)? Is there anyone with similar experience?

All your help is appreciated!
