Similar to another thread in the forum I've been tracking the posts on the London Consular website - I started doing it in December 2011 so it has about 3 months worth of data in it. Hopefully for those processing through London (and other parts of the world) you can find the information useful through this tough process.

OK, I initially tried uploading an excel file and it did not work. So I've had to make it a pdf file - you would need Acrobat or other programs that recognize pdf files to open it. Unfortunately this is the only way I can see to upload on this site and hopefully this is useful
