I have a few questions about the I 134 process, Im gathering as much information as I can, do I need everything such as a letter from the bank, and my employer???? Im in the US Military and have copies of my last years salary, W-2,current LES, and my bank statements...I guess my question is do I need a proof of employment from my chain of command?and a written statement from a bank worker?

If you make enough money on your income alone you don't need to include any bank information.

When we had our K-1 interview he provided me with 8 LES statements leading up to the interview as well as his W2s and tax returns for the last 3 years. We didn't get any letters from command but they can help if you want to get one / can get one. There should be also a statement of position that you can print out that shows your rank and pay if you want to include that. He printed it out for me and I had it with me but they did not seem to need extra and seemed to understand his payments and the whole " looks like less because of tax free deployments ".
