Hey Miami, so nice to see someone is in the same boat as me!! Good luck to you on your interview! My fiancé and I also have a 2 year old together! It's so hard when families are split like ours are!

The baby is the best proof there is that your relationship is legit.

As for the Skype logs, might I recommend that you take screen shots while you are talking showing the date and all. That way the CO has a visual of you chatting on Skype.

I am planning on printing out all Skype logs as well as a few screen shots of us talking on webcam. I also will be providing further evidence of screenshots of me and my daughter talking to my future step daughter.

Just one extra thing to keep in mind!!

You have more than enough evidence already! Just print it all out, figure out how to organize it and your all set!!!!

Thank you so much for the response and the well wishes. The hardest part of it all is being separated from your soon to be family. The last time I saw my fiance and my son in person was in July 2011 and I miss them so much. My problem with the Skype logs is that we never used Skype. We talk face to face using a program called Tango and it doesn't keep call logs for long. We also use this program on our cell phones so I have no other way of taking a picture of us talking. As for the organizing, I will figure it all out. I have a lot of printing to do and I am going to have almost 1,000 pages of chats to go through and put together so it should be a nice little project while I am waiting.

It looks like you have just started your process... That has be tough because you don't see the end near, but believe me when I say it will all fly be. I pray that everything goes well for you on your journey. Keep us posted. GOOD LUCK!!!

I know we have just started our journey! And I am looking at every angle so that we can be prepared for everything. I am so sorry to hear that it has been so long since you have seen your son! My daughter is waiting here in Canada with me until we get to the us with her papi. I feel so bad for him because he misses her so much!!! While she is free to travel to the US at anytime she has no one but me to bring her and therefore she won't see her papi in person until my visa is approved.

Hmm about the program u use.. It strictly on your phone right?

I wonder if there may be a way to find the old logs that aren't there anymore. There's always a way!

Anyways I wouldn't sweat it, you still have a lot of evidence!

Again, another one of your post I can directly relate to. As for I am on the same boat with this. Hopefully I do have enough evidence, but compared to some other people here, I feel like I have nothing. We do have a daughter together which is ALMOST 2 years old, and all of her documents, with both of the parents name on it (birth certificate, etc...). We have pictures to suffice, but no chat logs, as she isn't really computer savvy. The engagement ring (and the receipt). Hopefully all goes well with my daughter's CRBA interview which is the 29th of this month! And then onto my Fiancee's interview (hopefully some time in May!
