F-1 applying for green card

I am a student with F-1 visa status. I applied for an asylum about a year ago and got denied. So, I continued as F-1. I just got married. My wife is a US citizen. We first met about two and half years ago and decided to live together.

Question:

Can apply i-485 and i-130 together or do i need to apply the i-130 first and then i-485 after the i-130 gets approved.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
