If you mean wait a few years to accumulate more wealth and evidence of spending time together, yea that's easy. But it would be nice to know how to organize the communication evidence better. I am a bit of a neat freak and prefer my documents to be organized and formatted in a way that the immigration officers would prefer.

Well, print out no more than 25 to 30 pages of stuff. I copy pasted into a notepad file. In many cases, they won't touch or examine the communication documents. You really need to be worrying about the red flags in your scenario, which you have highlighted 3 very serious ones.
