They should send you a requirements sheet for any additional information/documents that are required. Send those in and they'll process your passport and return it with a visa inside........Congratulations!!!!

Thanks! Do you have any idea what potential additional information/documents they could require at this stage (outside of my passport)? Would I have to re-establish the case put forth in the initial visa application?. thanks again

It says the waiver was approved and that completes action by USCIS. It also mentioned that notice of approval has been sent to the Immigrant Visa Section of the U.S. Consulate. Lastly it states to inquire with the US Embassy in London concerning issuance of my Visa.

They gave us a check list of things that should be submitted with Elsa's passport. New police check and medical that had expired were all they required to issue the visa.
