Timeline

I noticed a lot of people with brides and Wives from Belarus have said that they filed in Moscow or have Moscow interviews. I thought Belorussians went to Warsaw. Is this due to the trouble between the two counties, can I switch, and is there a wait time difference

well i contacted every embassy that was closer to my wife the the 11 hour trip to poland. well I tried. but of course this is the government inventors of stand in this line to go to next line to get a form to bring to the window in the next line
