RFE to NOA2?

How long will it typically take for NOA2 after RFE? They acknowledged the RFE response review on Feb 23rd.

They had asked for a complete court disposition and police report pertaining to a domestic violence case I had back in 2005. The case is closed now, I went to court and got a certified copy of the court disposition but when I went to the police department they told me that since I was the suspect in the case I would have to subpoena for the report so they wrote me a statement indicating that on their letterhead. Will that be enough? Will USCIS ask to subpoena?? Anybody have any input on what I might encounter next? I am extremely worried!

I guess my main question isn't how long it will take but what will happen since USCIS asked for police report regarding my domestic violence case and the police department would not release the report to be due to the fact that I'm the suspect in the case. They said the need a subpoena to release the report and they stated that on a letter head.

So my question is will USCIS ask to subpoena for the paperwork or will they just accept the full certified court disposition instead?

Thats up to USCIS if they will ask for it or not. You will just have to wait and see.
