Hi we just sent our RFE reply last march3 and it was received march6. how long does it take?.. they asked for addt'l proof of evidence for the last 2years. so we added hotel receipts, photocopy of passport, receipts i had when i was in the Philippines, Receipts of payments we made for a house since 2009-Present, skype photos, fb chats, emails, photocopies of our transcript on the same school we went to in College, pictures of us and our families, letter from my mom and her brother (notarized),+4 other witnesses of our relationship, airline ticket, bus ticket, fast craft tickets, movie tickets... i cant remember it was clearly A LOT... i admit i sent a very few evidence when I first sent our I129F and now its a lot more... How long do you think this waiting game would take? its really frustrating 0_o i wanna be with my fiancee..

Can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you..

and so are we..lol we all excited to be w/our fiance. anyways based on your timeline it will take about a month from now.

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between March 13, 2012 and April 10, 2012* (RFEs at the Texas Service Center typically add an extra 14 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time).

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

What a frustration :) I feel bad seeing NOA2 being approved and telling myself "when's my turn???" i know patience is a virtue. but it's killing me. i wanna be beside her.. i can't spend a day without thinking of her. I guess this is really a true test of time. how i wish i could just fast forward the time.

Can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you..

For us it was fairly quick 3 working days and I got approval (Thank you Lord). I got notified of an RFE on 2/24 (Friday), received the hard copy on 2/29(Wednesday), sent reply back the next day via 1 day delivery (USCIS received it on the 2nd). Got NOA2 approval noticed on the 7th and hard copy arrived 3 days later. Well I hope you'll hear from them soon. Good luck.

The timelines I am sure can differ but I had an RFE that the USCIS confirmed my RFE reply arrived March 12th 2012 and they approved the petition on March 15th, 2012. I had filed two petitions (wife and stepson) and they requested further information for my stepson. But again this was for a I-130.
