This petition is concurrently filed with the following US Immigration forms:

1. Form I-485 -Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

Kindly find the following documents enclosed in EXACT order:

2. Filing fee of $480 attached to blank page

3. G-1145 – E-Notification of Petition

4. FORM I-130 – Petition for My name

5. Copy of Petitioner's US Passport (all pages)

6. Copy of Beneficiary's birth certificate (front and back)

7. Copy of marriage certificate

8. G-325A filled out by the Petitioner signed and dated

9. One passport-type photo of the Petitioner. Full name is on the back. Photo is placed in a plastic bag and labeled "Photo of Husbands name." The bag is attached to a sheet of paper and placed behind the corresponding G-325a.

10. G-325A filled out by the Beneficiary, signed and dated.

11. One passport-type photo of the Beneficiary. Full name is on the back. Photo is placed in a plastic bag and labeled the bag "Photo of my name." The bag is attached to a sheet of paper and placed behind the corresponding G-325a.

12. Evidence of a bona fide marriage as follows:

a) Print out of {my husbands name} as {my name} beneficiary on her 401k

b) Print out of {my husbands name} as {my name} beneficiary on her life insurance

c) Print out of our savings account with both Petitioner and Beneficiary's names on it

d) Pictures of both Petitioner and Beneficiary's throughout 5 year relationship

13) Sworn affidavits from {my friends name}-friend of petitioner and beneficiary confirming the validity of the marriage

14) Sworn affidavit from {his fathers name}-father of petitioner confirming the validity of the marriage.

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered original documents. I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an immigration officer when requested or at a later date.

July 2005 - met my awesome, hot, amazing love in Lousiana.
July 2006 - Married said love and moved to Canada.
June 2011 - Entered US to visit family, decided to stay.
Feb. 2012 - Sent paperwork to Chicago.

May 2012 - Received green card.

06/12/2012 We received the "Welcome the United States" letters! Website says Green Card was mailed.

LIMBO: Green card lost in mail. Facing the possibility of paying hundreds in fees and basically repeating the entire process.

All good now! USPS lost it, then found it.

04/24/14 Back to VJ to get help with I-751, Removal of Conditions.

05/31/14 Mailed I-751 finally, with less than a week to deadline!

06/02/14 NOA1 (that was fast!)

My understanding is all pages, front and back, including the cover. That's what we sent, at any rate.

03/23/2012 Received notification that USCIS has received everything.

03/26/2012 Biometrics Appointment Notice: April 23, 2012.

04/02/2012 NOA's received. Now we wait...

05/18/2012 EAD card mailed but not yet received.

06/06/2012 Rough interview but we think we're approved! Website says i485 status "Card Production".

Why would they need to know what pages are blank for the petitioners passport? Isn't the copy of the passport to prove naturalization? If so, I'm not sure why all pages would be required.

Day 0 - 07/10/2012 - AOS package (I-130,I-485, I-175) mailed to Chicago with FedEx.

Day 1 - 07/11/2012 - Confirmation from FedEx that package arrived and was signed for.

Day 3 - 07/13/2012 - Text confirmation from USCIS of receipt.

Day 4 - 07/14/2012 - Online banking shows that cheques were cashed.

Day 9 - 07/19/2012 - Received 3 out of 3 NOA letters in the post.

Day 11 - 07/21/2012 - Received biometrics appointment letter, appointed set for 08/07/2012.

Day 16 - 07/26/2012 - Completed biometrics walk in.

Day 56 - 09/04/2012 - Received text notification to state that my EAD has been ordered into production.

Day 59 - 09/07/2012 - Received 2nd text notification to state that my EAD has been ordered into production.

Day 62 - 09/10/2012 - Text notification that EAD has been mailed.

Day 64 - 09/12/2012 - EAD received in the mail.

Well I'm not the USCIS, but I guess if you don't show them all pages of your passport, then there could be all sorts information conveniently left out. The petitioner can show a birth certificate instead, or at least that's what I did.
