My Fiancee mentioned something about a cruise her sister and her friend are going on which would probably be close to around the same time i get over there. My question is, firstly obviously we would need to married before I apply for AP right? Secondly, How long does an AP application take. And last I would need AP to go on a boat cruise if it crossed any border right?

90 days for AP after you marry and apply for AOS. Most cruises go through international waters, so you need AP to go on them. Even if they are not scheduled to go to a foreign port, if something happens and they go somewhere else for an emergency, you'd be stuck out of the country.
