Expedite request means going to a smaller hole... It's not that we are impatient,we could wait for long but there's really a NEED for me to be there before June starts. :crying: My Fiance called the USCIS 4days ago to expedite visa petition coz of really some valid reason and they told Him that we will hear from them after 5 days.. soooo, I've read some thread sayin' the day after they called up USCIS they received a mail asking for evidence and some were automatically denied... now,we didn't hear anything from neither a request for evidence of how true our reason is or just simply deny us... Is this normal? .. how long will we wait from USCIS?.. if it exceeded 5days and we don't hear anything from them does it mean that we are denied? or approved?... pleeeaassee need to hear answers from members here coz I know you have more knowledge about this.. Thank you so much and God speed to everyone!! :D

If you do not hear anything it means you are not approved. If you were approved for expedite you would know because your case would be approved extremely quickly after requesting the expedite.
