Hello guys, thank you for your valuable feedback. Well here's my story:

I entered the USA on an F1 visa and I maintained my status for the whole period I have been here. I got married on July 2011. I filed my application on October 2011 and everything went smoothly after that. I got my work permit and my social security so easily. At the interview the IO asked me some simple questions like personal information name, age, address and the like. Then she went asking about my wife full name, birth date and our previous address. She asked me the yes/no questions. Everything was fine at that point till she asked my wife about the previous address. My wife replied by telling her just the name of the street and she couldn't remember the house or apt #. She asked us how we met and when. We gave her a short story about that. She asked me if we have any documents. I gave her: cable bill, internet bill, lease, joint account (used to pay bills), life insurance, dental insurance. She asked me if I drive or not. I said yes and she said if I have insurance I said my wife does ( she has full coverage) she told me that I should get insurance. Let me tell you that the IO had no smiles on her face during the whole interview and she asked question after question. We spent like 30 minutes in her office.

She walked us out and she said that she would review our application and make a decision afterwards. Our lawyer said that we don't have to worry about it because the same officer made another couple two weeks before they got approved. So I am still waiting any feedback is welcomed.

Thanks

ALL I COULD SAY IS BE PATIENT ON MY CASE IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 3 MONTHS IN ORDER TO COME UP WITH THE DECISION, AND THE ANOYING PART WAS THAT AT THE INTERVIEW THE OFFICER TOLD THAT SHE WOULD APPROVE MY CASE. WHAT I DID I CALLED EVERY OTHER WEEK TO CHECK UP ON IT.

@ DDYLUIS

i appreciate your comments in the various forum topics at the moment. (no sarcasm).

any chance you could stop using LARGE CAPS?

if you are doing this by chance (ill give you the benefit of doubt):

you may have noticed no one else writes like this? its considered shouting.

have you tried pushing caps lock (on left, the large arrow pointing up or maybe it says "caps lock" on it)

if you are doing this because you know what you are doing:

please stop ;)

// edit: fyi, also sent you a PM on this.
