Hello!

My son and I came into the US on February 9 on Visitor's Visas, and I just married My Love, James, on March 12 (yay!). We are going to be filing for AOS for myself and my son shortly.

I have the option to pay $50 to download a package from USAVisaNow.com that will have all the paperwork needed, with examples and advice to fill it out properly. I also have the option to pay a very reasonable fee of $749 to have them do everything for us. I have read reviews about them online, and the majority seem to be positive. (I do know the fees are extremely reasonable. I was communicating with a lawyer that wanted $3000 plus all fees for myself and my son.)

My question is this - Does anyone on here have any personal experience with this site, or know anyone that has? If so, are they a good investment?

Thank you for any and all help/advice!

$749 for service fee? That is expensive.

The person who works with our paperwork is just $300 for service fee.

749 is far from 300. Pm me if you want to avail his service. He is a trusted person and easy to talk with i can assure you that :D and he's the one who work with my paperwork :) check out my timeline below ;)

We will still use his service for filling AOS :)

You dont need a lawyer or a service to do this stuff.

just read the guides and the examples on VJ right here. And you can post questions in your country forum as well we have alot of pinned topics from quite a few ppl with very good advice and most of it recent.

When my husband and I started this process we thought we were going to have to hire someone (a firm, or a lawyer) to do all of this for us. Then I stumbled onto Visa Journey and found out I could do it all myself, with a little help from my VJ friends. Everything you need is right here on Visa Journey. Save yourself a ton of money.

You already found "Visajourney" so if you want to save money, you can do it yourself with help from VJ friends.

I recommend you to read the AOS guide first, then try to fill the form by your self, if you have any question, ask in VJ forum.. if you still feel that this is too much for you to handle, then you can go to them later.

The $50 package of paper work is a waste, all forms are free from USCIS.

Give it a try, then you can decide better. :)
