Hello everyone,

currently I'm on R1 visa, almost 2 years in US. A month ago I filled I-360 to become permanent resident. After 35 days (today), USCIS sent RFE and I hope I will have it in next few days. The current processing time is 5 months and I'm wondering if it's a bad sign because they processed my request so fast?

Thanks
