Approval - but no slip..?

Hey aussies,

i had my interview on tuesday 13th and it all went well at the time. There was a little hiccup with the i-134 as i was told unemployment benefits don't count as income because its only temporary, but luckily the assets were enough to cover (and i had a co-sponsor in my folder anyway).. But the CO who was interviewing me was running around asking alot of questions about it and at the end of the interview he said that "we met the financial requirements" and just warned me about the adjustment of status phase and what to expect with the i-864.. he then said that we were finished and i asked him.. "so i'm approved?" .. and he said, "yep, you're approved, we'll take care of it from here." He then closed my folder with my little approval slip in it!

It didn't click until I had already gone downstairs..

Initially I was stoked that I was approved but now waiting for the visa to come my mind is playing tricks on me..

Is that something I should be concerned about, or should I just chill-da-f-out? haha..

Congratulations!!

Finally time for AOS.......

12/07/11 Sent AOS package

12/09/11 AOS package delivered

12/14/11 Received NOA for I-485 and I-765 (we're not applying for AP)

12/22/11 Received letter for Biometrics

01/04/12 Biometrics in Phoenix

01/31/12 Received email update from USCIS saying that we've been scheduled for an interview

02/03/12 Got an email saying card production had been ordered for my EAD...now just to wait for the card...

02/09/12 Received email saying EAD card has been sent

02/13/12 Received EAD card :D :D :D :D

03/06/12 Interview in Phoenix :).....Approved :D

03/14/12 Received Green card in mail.....

....no more USCIS until December 2013
