Joey and Fernanda are APPROVED !!!!

Wow! We are approved!! I am almost without words. Feel like shouting and crying. It was 2:24AM in the morning. I addicted to VisaJourney! I was checking my email and I had 5 emails from USCIS (2) and CRIS (3). I had read enough posts to know what that was! My NOA1 date is June 28, 2006. CSC got the job done!

Yes, we are approved. Now I need to prepare my baby for the next big step in this process.

Thanks to all of you for the help that you have given to me thus far. VisaJourney has been invaluable to us in this process and will continue to be in the next phase of this process.

Can you tell me when they actually acknowledged your RFE? We went ours back on 22 September (the day after you) but not acknowledged until 29th.

I shouldn't try to make comparisons to your file but I hope I'm as lucky!

I mailed the RFE on Sept 21, they received on 22, they acknowleged on Sept 26.

They requested IMBRA and Proof of having met in the past 2 years. I'd already sent them proof of having met in my original petition. Guess they lost it! So I sent it again, with a little extra documentation.
