No one is saying that it's uncommon to meet online. Thousands of couples meet online nowadays. But it sounds to me like the CO reacted to your name being "need love" and already having had a USC file a petition on your behalf just a year earlier. To the CO, it sounds like you go on dating sites to find an American to marry, just to get a visa. I'm not judging you here, I'm just saying how the CO will look at it.

COs have very limited time to make big decisions, often with little information to go on. The fact that she makes good money isn't really proof of anything - just proof that she can provide for you.

The pictures you had, how many pictures were there? Were these pictures of you two in one setting, or were they many different pictures from many different places and days?

i mean she earn good money that is she can provide me some does not have that chance and got approved the age is ok too same age some they have big gap but also aprroved.i have about 300 pictures or more but i printed 165 in diffrence places.i know soem case he met 3 american and got denied in two case but got visa wiht te last one the question is why me

Your case seems a very common one for this Consulate.

Farid,

Lisa has to fight for you. She has to do all the calling and talking. It is her petition for you. The petition was sent back to USCIS.

I know she tried to speak to the embassy. I know she contacted congressman....she needs to keep trying and contact senator and congressman again. It is their job to do what citizens need. and she needs their help now. Make sure she doesn't give up.

Good Luck

Many people here have many red flags. Some get approved and some don't.

Some people have no red flags and they get denied

Morocco is the hardest consulate. No one seems to know what they want for proof. They deny alot.

Hang in there and keep praying

The process is the same for everyone, but each country has it's own red flags and policies at embassy level. For example, you being of different religions would not be a problem in Ireland, where I interviewed, but is in your country. Same with major age difference (I know you don't have one, just giving an example). Only one visit is always a red flag, but wouldn't be such a major issue in, say Japan than MENA. Bottom line is, Casa is one of the most difficult embassies to get approved in, and you had some major red flags.

The person you spoke to can not refuse the visa, they can only recommend.
