necesito saber si necesito legalizar el acta de matrimonio inextensa y mi acta de nacimiento por cancillería en santo domingo o podría solo legalizarlo por la JCE? y si alguien tiene mas información sobre que necesito tener para empezar el proceso y gracias

Certificado de matrimonio: Si son o se casaron, deberá presentar una copia (legalizado por la Junta Central Electoral y en la extensa en formato) de su certificado de matrimonio. También deben presentar prueba de la terminación de cualquier matrimonio anterior, tales como un certificado de defunción, sentencia de divorcio (legalizada y en la extensa en) o evidencia de anulación. Los mismos requisitos se aplican al peticionario
