This is how the letter goes:

Beneficiary name:

Please come to the office in the location below:

Office location:

Date and hour: March 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM

Ask for: Interviewing officer / Examiner II

Reason: I-130 Petition

Bring with you: If the beneficiary lives in the United states he/she must attend the interview. Driver's license or state ID identification,

valid passport or the original birth certificate. please bring your supporting evidence of bona fides of relationship.

signed by the field office director

Now my concern is what does it mean? What is the implications if the petitioner is currently unemployed?
