Gathering evidence and have utility bills in my name (maiden), the bank statements are in both our names but again, my maiden name. SSN is in married name. Bank statements and tax transcripts are in married name. GC is still in maiden name (cost and processing time made it a moot point).

Should I change the bills and bank account to reflect my name change or is it fine as is? TIA (hope it's not too confusing). :star:

You could get a name identity document,if you have those.

It says that the person known as "your new name" now is the same person as "your old name".
