11 month not yet approv ... Plz Help

You know what I am about to finish 11 months and got nothing other than 1 reply letter when we submit I-130 .... It's Vermont center and I don't what to do now .

Any suggestion would be appreciable.

Try calling!!! That's what most of us did.

NVC (28 days)

03/19/2012 NVC received my case!

03/20/2012 Got case number! (I called)

03/21/2012 DS-3023 sent & AOS bill paid online

03/22/2012 AOS bill shows PAID

03/23/2012 Instructions for I-864 accessed & emailed DS-3023 AGAIN!

03/24/2012 I-864 sent to NVC

03/27/2012 NVC received I-864 packet

03/28/2012 DS-3023 FINALLY received by NVC

03/29/2012 IV bill received and paid online

03/30/2012 IV bill shows PAID & NVC sent checklist for I-864

04/03/2012 DS-230 packet sent & I-864 checklist sent to NVC

04/04/2012 DS-230 delivered to NVC

04/05/2012 I-864 checklist delivered to NVC

When I call what should I say ?

You'll have to go through a myriad of dial this and dial that...but once you get a live representative, give them your case number and request an inquiry. They will lodge that request for you and from what I understand they have to respond to that request fairly quickly. I'm so sorry yours is taking so long!

08/2007 - Met at work

10/2007 - Started chatting

05/2008 - He was back in USA for work

07/2008 - Started dating

01/2009 - ENGAGED!

07/2009 - Convinced his family for our Marriage

08/2009 - MARRIED!!

10/2009 - Moved to India

02/2011 - My Father diagnosed with Cancer (since Recovered)

08/2011 - Filed for I-130 during trip to US, hired Lawyer.

08/22/2011 - NOA1.

02/2012 - Still waiting for NOA2 Approval

03/06/2012 - I-130 Approved!!!! Thank you GOD and USCIS!!

05/09/2012 - AOS and DS-230 Checklist from NVC.

05/31/2012 - AOS and DS-230 sent together to NVC.

06/13/2012 - Email from NVC RFE for AOS documents already sent????

07/13/2012 - ANOTHER Email from NVC RFE for AOS documents already signed!!!

8/6/2012 - Packet 4 Received! Interview date assigned!!

9/28/2012 - Immigration Interview - APPROVED!!!

This could be because of the PD. The current PD for your visa type is October of 2009.

But I still would recommend to put in request with the Service Center and see what stage the application in.

Today I called them they said they working on cases before 9 January 2011 and your is May 2011 so be cool and wait until your case will open ...

In vermont south ....

Is this answer is alright ?

This sounds like their standard answer. However, the updated processing times should be published soon, maybe there's been some movement during the past month.

I am an August F2A filer, also waiting for approval from Vermont... I have asked my husband to call them too, but I'm sure we'll get the same answer as you.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

Hey I am sure you going to get same answer as mine but I hope u will some positive response.

California center guys already started August 2011 fillers And we Vermont center filler still on January ...

This is really not fair.
