do u think both be closed? why is that? and how long does it take for the k1 re petition again to be approved? wow! congratz u finally made it after the 2nd one..?

yes, bcoz when u filed the 2nd petition u still have an active k1 approved in their data base and the rule is before u file another petition previous should be close 1st.. that's why they refused to give u a visa..

same process when u file again the k1... 5-6 mons. or more.. or less... :)

yeah no problem as long as the previous petition is really closed.. just file another petition and pay them the fee...:)

yeah we waited for 2 1/2 yrs for me to be finally here in th USA...
