Hi everybody, thanks to you guys I've managed to come that far! Still long way to go, but after 6 months I got my NOA2 today in the mail.

My question is: I know I have to fill out I-134 and send it to my fiancee, but here is the thing - I have been paid cash for the last 3 years, I have no solid prove of income :((

The only thing that I can get, is basically letter from my employer saying " That I've been employed with them for the last 3 years and my annual income is $ 50,*** .

Do you guys honestly think that I-134 and my letter from company will be enough ??

- I am really stress about it, everything so far has been going all right I don't wanna mess things up in the very end.

- Thank you very much in advance .

If you made 50k per year, I hope you filed taxes. Your tax returns are a big part of proving your income. Also, they paid cash but they had to give you, if not check stub, at least something that shows your periodic income. If you never filed taxes you might have bigger problems.

But, for purposes of your I-134, you will need to show more than a letter from your employer, IMHO. Anyone can write a letter. If that is all you have, hopefully you have assets to cover the amount required. If not, you may need a co-sponsor.

The guide says that you need at least 2 items. Check it out. My guess (and the CO can do whatever they want) is that you'll need more.

good luck
