hi,

i have some questions that are really tormenting me these days. i am a green card holder for one year through F4 family immigration.i would really appreciate if someone could share experience or give advice and guidance.

1.

reason for reentry permit (RP):

i have been studying under grad in bangladesh and intend to finish under graduation and then permanently move to USA.therefore i travel to usa in every semester break (so far 3 times) and staying for 3-4 weeks and then going back to attend classes.a reentry permit for 2 year would help me finish by undergrad within the period.i am dependent on my family so they also could not leave me and move to usa.

do my reason be valid for reentry permit for me and my family?

2.EXPEDITE'ing:

i have to apply for expedite biometrics for lack of time and attending academics in the new semester.i will have 4 weeks time.

* do i send all the applications for RP of my family in one package and write EXPEDITE on it or mail them separately?

* how many pre paid express mail be attached within for USCIS to respond quickly through them.i are a family of 4 members. (i will also attach email address and fax number) (i also learn t all the members may not be reviewed in the same time and may be asked for biometrics in different time so i need to provide separate express mail for them)

* can i write a note with the applications to process all the family member RP request together

###

3. biometric fee waiver

uscis website says i 912 form if approved will act as a fee waiver for biometrics fee of 85$ (i 131 re entry permit fee of 360$ is mandatory)

* do i send check payable to 'us department of homeland and security' of (360+85)=425$ (in one check or separately?) along with the fee waiver request or only send the fee waiver request with the regular 360$ fee?

(i learnt for each family member separate check should be provided because one might get rejected )

*the fee waiver request i 912 is to be attached together with the reentry form.right? or does it need to be approved first by uscis?

'walk in biometrics'

if uscis dont calls me for biometrics in 4 weeks time.that means my biometrics is not been scheduled (no appointment in future date be given yet).can i'walk in' to a ASC and give biometrics.do anyone has any experience.please advise.

You cannot walk in for biometrics without a biometrics appointment. You are required to have a biometrics appointment letter to get into the office and have an early biometrics taken. Not all offices will allow early walk in appointments.
