So, i was not able to find any detailed guides on what you need in the I-751. After reading the official USCIS instructions I will submitt the following:

1. Form I-751 signed and completed

2. Copy if Resident card (front and back)

3. Money order for total amount of 590.00. paid to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security"

4. evidence: photos, our daughter's birth certificate, letter showing her address has been the same as mine. thats all i have since i am still student.

Questions:

1. is that all i need or am i missing something?

2. should i send two seperate money orders for fee and bio?

3. anyone have a template for a cover?

Please give me some input. Card will expire in a few days.

I suggest you gather at least ONE tax return with both of your names on it. Also anything that has both of your names on it such as utility bills, rental agreements, whatever you have as the evidences seems on the light side. Or you can wait and take a bet on if they are going to send you a Request for Evidence (RFE) down the road, which is a very likely case if that's all you are going to send.

Single check for the amount of $590.

There are many templates online but I suggest you make your own. Basically you want to have your address, the address were you are sending to, your A number, date, what's included (a list), and a chance to explain certain things why you couldn't come up with additional evidences, but unless they are very appealing, I suggest you skip it and wait for RFE, which will give you enough time to gather more.

Definitely add as many financial documents as possible - USCIS loves that. Even if you are a student and she doesn't work, you have expenses that you can show you've been paying jointly - joint accounts, copies of joint cards from stores, medical bills as above is a good one (I'm sure you've had them for the kid), even medical records that show you're listed as each other's emergency contact and as the kid's parents (call your doctor for a copy); any other records listing each other as emergency contacts; car insurance listing both or any other kind of insurance (life, health, renters); if your parents paid any of her expenses or vice versa (travel, med bills, rent, tuition, etc. - give them the bill & copy of payment) that's a pretty good sign of bona-fide marriage; any other documents that list your status as married.

Look at page 2 of the I-751 instructions and try to have as many documents as possible for each of the 5 categories listed - be creative: http://www.uscis.gov.../i-751instr.pdf

The following recent thread, among others, has a lot of good info listed concisely: http://www.visajourn...e-past-2-years/

http://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide is the guide for the removal of conditions. If you are a student, shouldn't it be marked on your fafsa that you are married? That could be another piece of evidence. Any financial information such as bank accounts, joint cards, beneficiaries, etc. will help you.

You can also look at the example forms: http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples find the i751 cover letter template and other examples. Good Luck!!
