we got our NOA1 on January 20th as well. it looks like it's a long wait ahead of us but since there is a couple of people from December that's been already approved I really stay positive and believe we will be approved pretty soon ;)try to get busy and the time will fly! I can't believe how quickly those past 2 months went by while I was busy collecting the evidence,police records, vaccination, skype logs, messages, emails etc good luck! stay positive!

hello guys! i just got home from dfa i filed and register for my passport and ill have it on march 27 i hope everything will work well... ill wait for my NOA 2 before i process my new documents such as police and nbi clearance and certificate of no marriage as such will expire in 3 months time

iam ronzkie female from the philippines i would just like to share my experiences and the process i went thru with my k1 visa petition. my fiance filed the petition last nov 15,2011 with forms included are I 129 f and G 325 a plus my recent passport/ visa pictures, cover letter, scanned letter of intent to marry, my childs birth certificate also filed as k2,affidavit of support documents... do you think we missed out any forms? or rqmnts?

last january 20 2012 we received our NOA 1- filed rcvd by Uscis though still waiting for the next NOA 2. waiting for long is soo stressful any comments or any one of you still waiting????

Remember, filing says it can take up to 6 months to process. Settle back and wait.. you have at least 3 more to go before panicking Use this time to get ready for embassy, gathering more evidence, getting to know each other more, making plans for after you get to the states, whatever you might need to do to adapt to it.

We filed the first week of July and had our interview yesterday. His visa is supposed to be ready in a week. That makes this over NINE months for us. (Not including a lovely two month delay because as I was heading to the post office in May to mail the original application, my fiance called me and said "WAIT!!!!! The city just announced that it is renaming/numbering all the addresses!" We didn't know how easy it is to change an address and wanted our paperwork to be perfect so we elected to wait 2 months for that municipality to make a final decision on his address and get new originals sent to me to mail in.)
