iam ronzkie female from the philippines i would just like to share my experiences and the process i went thru with my k1 visa petition. my fiance filed the petition last nov 15,2011 with forms included are I 129 f and G 325 a plus my recent passport/ visa pictures, cover letter, scanned letter of intent to marry, my childs birth certificate also filed as k2,affidavit of support documents... do you think we missed out any forms? or rqmnts?

last january 20 2012 we received our NOA 1- filed rcvd by Uscis though still waiting for the next NOA 2. waiting for long is soo stressful any comments or any one of you still waiting????

There are plenty of us still waiting for our NOA2. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon. :whistle:

waiting is normal. In my case, it took almost 6 months before we got our NOA2. others got their NOA2 for 3-4 months. soon you will get a good news. just be patient. :)

You should read the Guides (see top of page) for what should be included.

Both of you filled out G-325A and included your recent passport photos.

His birth certificate or complete passport copy.

Letters of intent to marry from both of you

Explanation of having met in person within the past two years.

Did you include evidence of having met in person within the last two years?

Evidence of ongoing relationship would be helpful.

Were you or he previously married? Certified copy of judgement of divorce should be included.

The affidavit of support is not normally filed with the I-129F.

Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

AOS approved 8/24/13

though iam just worried because my fiance-petitioner didnt include evidences of our on going relationship because he knew that ill be the one who will present that personallybto consul during my interview... iam afraid that it will cause us delays if we dont have it submitted on the first package to uscis ?

That part is not required to submit with the I-129F. For some consulates, it can be helpful if they have more information up front. Your fiance sounds like he knows what he is doing, so assuming he submitted everything else properly, I wouldn't worry at this point.
