Proof of being single for her P3

I am looking through the documents I will need to send my fiance in Thailand for Packet 3. She is telling me I may need a document that proves im single. Is there such a thing?? I previusly stated I was never married/divorced on other forms. I dont know who would issue such a form? Thanks everyone.

I'm pretty sure she is talking about a document you need from the U.S. embassy in Thailand that says you are free to marry. I had to go get that. Raise my right hand etc. and take it the Amphur in Thailand. I needed that to get married in Thailand.

Since you are K-1, and not getting married in Thailand, this doesn't apply to you.
