hi,

were getting ready to send out our AOS and as i was reading i noticed we have to add immunization record, is a supplemental card i was given enough or do i need to go see a doctor and have it redone professionally. Thank you very much and any hep or tips you can add for filling the forms is greatly appreciated. I used a lawyer before i found this site but i think i can do this on my own now..i hope :whistle:

You have to go to a civil surgeon with the vaccine card you have and they will transcribe the information on to the I-693 form (prices vary greatly around the country). They will check to see that all that need to be our done. Your medical is good for a year so as long as you file within a year of the medical you had for the K-1 interview you will not need that part re-done.

Just an FYI- tetanol is Td/tetanus in the USA. The doctor was trying to get us to pay another $250 for that to be re-done.
