I filed on March 9 too but my biometrics is scheduled for 2weeks time. Yours was really fast. The average time spent varies based on your local office. It's mostly 50-60days after filing. Did you try an early walk-in Bio or you did it on your scheduled date?

Hi! Thanks for responding! I went in for my biometrics on the date they gave me, so no, no walk in. But when i wentto the office, the place was empty, there was one family waiting, but it moved quick. I'm sure they would've taken walkins It didnt take more than 10 mins :) i Also thought things are moving pretty fast for me, hopefully is the same for the rest of the proccess! In what city are you? I'm in Boston. What I am thinking there might not be as many people here in Boston going through the proccess, so maybe less people, the quicker and less busy the offices are.

Hi I'm a March filer, below you can see my time line process with Uscis. Im here on B1/B2 visitor visa and over-stayed. But then I met my wife and we dated for two years before getting married....

I-131 msc1290515004 "Initial R"

I-765 msc1290515006 "Initial R"

-------------------------------------------------

03/26/2012 NOA received hard copies  for I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765

-03/29/2012 NOA Biometric Letter

                        received.

                       8 a.m

-03/30/2012 Biometric early-walk in

                       finger prints taken.

--------------------------------------------------

My question is since after I did my biometrics, everything went stand still .... Silence, it's like dark in a hole lock tight with no response... Can some help me understand what's going on, I even called the FBI to verify if they receive my fingerprint and they said yes and it was process same day and return results to Uscis ... Now I haven't heard anything is it because I did an early walk in for my biometrics or ???? I'm lost, my anxiety is killing me I hate to be in suspense ... Someone please help me understand it's 14 days later after biometrics and no response from Uscis... Thanks in advance to all my replyers

Also the case status online hasn't been updated either.

I-130 I-131 I-765 are stuck on initial review since MARCH19, 2012

I-485 stuck on acceptance since MARCH 21,2012

The last updated / touch dates show MARCH 21, 2012

That's the date they first send me email of NOA with receipt number and since I did my biometrics it has not change either ... I hope my case is not lost
