Hi everyone well my husband USC received the RFE letter, they ask for a number of items. They need sworn affidavits from a third party having personal knowledge of our bonifide marriage. They ask for proof of ongoing marriage union. Then immigration want us to provide 2 photographic Identification such as driver's licence, state issued ID or passport. (we submitted our Passport yet they still ask for this). For those of you who pass through this befor please give me advice backed up with examples of what i can submit especially for that proof of ongoing marital relationship especially since I am not living in the US yet. thanks for all information towards this.

Thanks Matt I like the idea of copies of the stamps in the passport.

No problem, to make it easy for them i put a note next to each entry stamp so they could see it easier. Good luck!
