Documents needed for petitioning

Hello,

I will be sending the singed G-325A and a passport photo to my wife who will be petition for me. Can you think of any other documents that will be needed now or later in the process that I can send now to prevent any delays later on?

I am aware of what is required to be sent with the I-130. My main concern was documents that she may need once the package moves to NVC (fingers crossed ). It appears that one more thing worth sending now is a certified copy of my birth certificate.

Your wife can send photocopy of her birth-certificate with I-130 since she is the petitioner.

At NVC Stage, yes, you ( as beneficiary ) would need to submit original or certified copy of birth-certificate with IV package.

My wife will be submitting her Naturalization Certificate (wasn't born in the US) with the I-130 package. Are you saying that at NVC stage, the beneficiary submits the certified birth certificate of the beneficiary and the IV package for that matter?
