Just curious if anyone has any ideas on how long you have to be in America before being able to work on a k-1 visa. Can you work before getting married? Can you get an exception to work sooner?

Any information is helpful...thanks!

Get married file for AOS and wait for EAD card or green card to work. EAD can come 2-3 months after filing.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

While you can apply for EAD before marriage it will expire on the date your I-94 is expiring and I am doubt you will even get it before that.

The best approach get married and apply for AOS with EAD. Then you will get it within 3 month, and will be able to start working.
