Question please about the forms I-130, G-325A, G-1145

on the G-325A the family name they are asking, do i have to put my last name now or my husband last name? my concern is i haven't change my last name yet. so should i wait until i go to the social security offfice to change my last name before i send this package?

on the I-130 on number 14 and 16 on the form. can someone please explain these two for me? my confusion there on 16 is that he just got his PR in canada, would that be considere as am immigration proceeding he been under? then on 14, he is not in the state but since he have the tourist visa and he does come to visit me sometimes, do i put that information there?

also if i fill the g-1145 forms. does that mean i won't recieve anything through the mail, but only through email and text?

sorry if these have been ask before. i just want to be clear. thank you in advance.

10-23-09 : RFE sent

10-28-09 : NOA

11-03-09 : Rec'vd NOA in mail

11-12-09 : NVC case # issued & email address registered(just mine)

11-13-09 : Rec'vd Ds-3032 & AOS bill(by email)

11-14-09 : paid AOS bill(online)

11-16-09 : Registered mom email & returned ds-3032(by email)

11-17-09 : I-864 shown as paid

11-20-09 : I-864 package sent

11-27-09 : AOS recieved and being review(per AVR)

12-07-09 : DS-3032 Accepted

12-07-09 : IV bill gerenated

12-08-09 : Rec'vd IV bill

12-09-09 : Rec'vd checklist for missing/incomplete document on AOS(by email)

12-10-09 : Send missing/incomplete document

12-11-09 : Paid IV Bill

12-11-09 : Documents arrived at NVC

12-14-09 : IV bill status change to PAID

12-15-09 : NVC rec'vd checklist documents

12-18-09 : Retrn DS-230 package

12-21-09 : DS-230 pckg was delivered and signed by N VISA

12-22-09 : DS-230 recieved and being review

12-18-09 : I-864 Accepted

01-04-10 : Login Fail

01-05-10 : Case completed

02-09-10 : Interview date issue for MARCH 2th

02-18-10 : Medical done and got result on the Feb. 25th

03-02-10 : INTERVIEW COMPLETED

03-23-10 : POE ARRIVED @ 12:28 IN FL
