No but it is listed on the bio forms and the I 130 along with sending a copy of my passport with my residency stamp in it

11/12/13-Contacted Chicago Lock box to find info on our petition and was told it is being returned.

11/14/13-Received package back from Lock Box with RFE to resend it with correct filing fee.

12/06/13-Received NOA1 via Email stating our case has been transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

11. Has your case been "auto-expedited"? How long between NOA1 and NOA2? No. NOA1 to NOA2 was 157 days, and this is after I called my congressman's office for their assistance. The staffer explained that USCIS was no longer prioritizing petitions filed from abroad because they are so overwhelmed by the total number of I-130 petitions. One theory is that the underlying reason behind this backlog are all the DACA applications.

Anyway, I'm not sure the I-130 part of the saga is over, because the day before approval the USCIS website said the address on the I-130 was changed (!! hopefully to my new US address), and I have yet to receive an NOA2 email -- hopefully the paper notice comes soon.

On February 24, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations
