Capri you are making assumptions based on information which is not concrete. On the message it says "local Field Office" Offices which are located not in the USA are considered International Field

Yes. I am a USC living abroad. the auto expedite-- i dont know yet. i filed mine August. i only got NOA1. from CSC, it has been transferred to NBC. so I dont know what effect it will have on the auto expedite thing... will find out tho. hopefully it will still get expedited... *crossing fingers*

I also petitioned living outside the US, unfortunately Canada is a hit or miss with many for the "auto-expedite".

i dont think everyone (USC abroad) gets auto expedited... some just get lucky...

we're still hopeful though, right ALSA?

the only reason i wanted to file I-129f is because i am after the k4 for our daughter. i did not file I-130 for my daughter. and i know that if i file I-129f for my husband our daughter is automatically included jn the non immigrant visa K4.

I submitted 3 since I had easy access to them but I have no idea the effect. My AOS was approved in less than a week but there could be loads of other reasons for that since most are approved in that time frame.

Hello!

I have a question for those who were auto-expedited:

Did any of you receive a transfer notice at some point between you NOA1 and NOA2?

We are filing from abroad, received our NOA1 dated on 9/10/2012 and on 9/18/2012 it shows a transfer to another office because of jurisdiction. We were going to CSC originally, don't know yet where we've been transfered to.

I just want to know if we can still hope for the auto-expedite or if this means we were thrown into the regular line!

For all of you USC's who are abroad (specially those in Europe), how did you pay the fees without having a U.S. bank account?

Some mail it to a US citizen to then mail on to the Chicago Lockbox. I was lucky to have keep my U.S. bank account open. I just sent a check.
